Underage teenager has alcohol poisoning

This 18 year old Pawleys Island resident was seen around town drinking uncontrollably and causing a scene. There were a number of calls of complaint. the police arrived to the scene and he was found unconscious in the passenger seat of a pick up truck in the waffle house parking lot. The resident is currently under recovery and has been placed in a rehab facility.
