Valley teen, Jaden Karr, whom recently applied for a scholarship through the Valley Outreach Program was nominated by Jessica Williams as the Valleys Youngest Manager.
Williams noticed that on his application and resume Karr is employed as a manager at Sears Holdings in Boardman as a “CAC Manager”.
After his interview, Karr explained he oversees 3 cash wraps, two dozen associates and a Fine Jewelry Lead.
Karr manages to balance this with high school and a accelerated college program.
