Witnesses say 36 yr old Tiffany Rossi was driving a Chevy Avalanche on East.Market today, when a Dodge Ram driven by 17 yr old Natilee Schmitt pulled out in front of Ms. Rossi causing her to speed up and run Ms.Schmitt of the road into a ditch..Ms. Rossi tells officers she hopes alleged victim Ms. Schmitt learned a valuble road lesson…. Do Not pull out in front of people. And Don’t try and road race your mom your gonna lose…I’m a professional! Officers say that Ms. Rossi is correct and sighted Ms. Schmitt for reckless driving.
