Victory motorcyclist wanted for theft

Hugh Walls, seen at Leesburg Bikefest this weekend, is wanted for questioning, is the theft of high dollar, hard to find Victory parts. Since the anouncement of Victory closing its doors, many parts have become extremely valuable, and footage shows Hugh with those parts in hand. If you spot this individual, please do not confront him, as he is known to be armed and dangerous.
