WABI T.V. 5 Hancock County Man Arrested for Paraphernalia

A Hancock County Man was arrested on several charges of drug paraphernalia in Ellsworth late last night. 20 year old Jarrett Norris of Orland was stopped by Ellsworth police and Norris had large amounts of cocaine and marijuana in his possession. Norris will be held in the Hancock County jail until further notice. More to come at 11.
