Lashay Bland Known As (Shay) is wanted for the murders of 2 Detroit Women whose names have not yet been identified. The tragic Incident happened on April 27th at 2:30 Am on Gratiot Ave. Witnesses say they seen a black car arrive at the crime scene at 1:45 am where the tragic incident happened. Lashay started a argument with the 2 victims which led to shots being fired. We need your help searching for the suspect.
