Considered mentally unstable and on the run. Last seen leaving Canandaigua NY. Driving an SUV described as a Honda CR-V, year 99 color is green. Has minor crumple in the front right quarter panel. And a dent in the back right and left quarter panel. If seen call the the nearest PD or sherriff.
