Centralia Police Department has issued a warrant out for Dalton Tracy Newton’s arrest. Newton is 19 years old and located in Centralia, Missouri. Whitness’s have told CPD that they last saw him running in and out of his studio blaring music with an intro of “Dalton Newton Beats.” The building and surrounding premises were destroyed in flames due to how fire his beats were.
