The above suspect is being sort in the rape of a woman on Saturday April 20th. On the above date the suspect known ottawa gangs and guns unit as Caine lured the victim to a home in the Craig Henry area under the guise of having a good time. Once in the residence the scene turned ugly when the woman was slipped something into her drink and the violation started. The female awoke several hours later and immediately called 911 reporting the incident.
