A warren man is on the run after he was seen running down RT. 1 in Waldoboro completely naked. He was carrying a rainbow flag and was heard yelling “Where’s my goat? Where’s my goat?” He is believed to be armed with a bottle of KY and some sort of leash believed to belong to the “goat”. If you spot him please call 911 and be aware that he appears to be hard and extremely horney so he will probably hump anything that walks.
