Washington man arrested.

Aaron Houchin, 29, of Washington Indiana was arrested Tuesday morning at 7:30 am for polluting the air with a noxious gas. Officials claimed he was seen in several places lifting his leg slightly and walking away. Witnesses passed out shortly after. One JayC co-worker complained of nausea after an incident. Bail is pending.
