News Channel 23 caught up with Chris Alvarado on Wednesday. Chris told News 23 that is daughter Ava is the smartest baby in the world according to Doctors of America LLC. Doctors say thanks to Chris and Ava’s mom Aileen, Ava is the smartest 4 month old in America mainly because Ava has the biggest head of all 4 month old babies. Her 17.5 head circumference has been confirmed. Doctors of America says Ava is this smart mainly because of her dad.
