Teondis Morehead known as Nayborhood Burk has a been chosen to sign with MPA Money Pounds and Ammunition a record label founded in Atlanta, Ga by artist peewee longway. Longway and Burk are both set to do 5 albums and 15 mix tapes for a contract amount of $500,000 not including promo or studio time, Nayborhood Burk has released only one mix tape before his second drops he has finally landed a deal, the 29 year old waterloo native is set to sign $500,000 deal this May 2017. According to waterloo courier reports and Kwwl news station he will be the first “rap” artist to emerge from this state and city.
