Owen Gilbert, 31 residing in Webster Massachusetts originally from Blackstone Massachusetts has been living off Workmanship Compensation for the last year due to a fraudulent back injury. Webster police have seen him buying drugs from numerous dealers in the area. “We have a huge epidemic here and this is one example that could have been prevented but has gotten way out of control”, says Officer Aaron Seuss.
