Former Apple Valley Student Westley Jansen had helped children with their problems with secretive one on one conversations with classmates. Under the supervision of his teacher who wished to not be named, he actually was holding a black market and police have been reluctant to catch him. Westley Jansen has charges up to ten years in jail for the distribution of drugs to minors under school grounds.
