Cheryl sue Barnes was arrested late yesterday and charged with rape.police got an alarming phone call about suspicious activity, at 1234 pine valley lane at the residence of 95 year old panfilo Deltoro.police arrived to find a horrific scene, Deltoro tied up and cheryl Barnes was butt naked on top of him screaming whos your momma, it was just horrific said officer luey, Ms.Barnes is being held on a 50,000 dollar bond in Gwinnett county while Mr. Deltoro is resting and recuperating at a local hospital.
