A Wichita south high student was reportedly accused of stealing a classmates phone. When the teacher was interviewed of the situation she had no idea. A witness reported that not only the teen was trying to steal another’s technology, he also tried to take their shoes. The situation got so serious it let to a gunpoint at the corner of 31st and Osage around 5:30 April 24th.
