Wicklow New Brunswick man found with his dick in his hand on the old trans Canada highway

Young 23 year old man. Robert Douglas Mcquade is wanted by the police. He was seen with no clothes on running down the highway with his dick in his hand. Please help find this man. He could be dangerous to himself or others.
