Police have charged Stephanie Sweigard for punching a clown in the nose after he tried to spray her with a prank flower. The incident happened around 3:00 pm April 28, 2017. Ms Sweigard was released to family after three hours. Ms Sweigard also stated that she refuses to apologize to the man in the clown suit. Her reasoning was ” because He’s an idiot and I felt like hitting him”.
