Winona Woman Arrested

Justina A. Norris 37 of Winona, Mo was arrested for Checking For Ticks. Ms. Norris would knock on her victims door telling them she was doing research on Ticks, she would have her victims get naked, dance around, then would tie them up, and slap them for before leaving. When asked about this Ms. Norris replied “That’s what they deserve for being so stupid”.
