Authorities say a Portsmouth man was stabbed to death by his wife on their anniversary during an argument.
Investigators say 21 year-old Elizabeth Joslin has been charged with second-degree murder.
According to Portsmouth police, officers were sent after a 911 call was received at 1:20 a.m. Sunday morning.
Detectives say 23-year-old Joshua Joslin had been stabbed in a domestic dispute. He was rushed to a hospital.
