A 29-year-old woman called 911 on Friday to report a drunk person was trying to assault her and then called back 14 minutes later to say she stabbed her boyfriend, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
Perla told police she got home around 3:00pm. She claimed her boyfriend was drunk and accused her of cheating on him, the warrant says.
Perla said she tried to get him to leave but he refused. She said that he started hitting, and she walked to the bathroom, where she grabbed a knife and stabbed him in the side, records show.
