Eyewitnesses say A woman age 20 named Kateland L. Foley has been found dead. Rolla Police say it was a regular traffic stop & search of a vehicle when the driver a white male, looked suspicious. The officer began to open the trunk of a black Ford Taurus and found the body of Ms. Foley who was covered In blood with multiple stab wounds. Police then arrested the white male & he’s in further custody. Please keep your thoughts & prayers to the Foley & Medley Family.
