A New Jersey woman is being help in the BCCF, in lieu of a ten thousand dollar bail after handing the court officer a controlled and dangerous substance. Jessica Durando, 24, recently move to NC, was arrested after staggering up to the court officer telling him he looked stressed and handing him 2 xanex’s. As the police tried to take her into custody she tried to grab the officers gun but grabbed his genitals instead. She was arrested and booked in the jail under suicide watch.
