Woman walks into Las Trancas in Ripley WV to pay for her bag of chips, as she stood there patiently for someone to come check her out, she noticed there were 7 big bags of chips waiting on the bench. She approached them and took off running, she got into her van and took off from the premises. Officers do not know why this crazy woman is so addicted to their chips so the investigation is still on going! Will keep everyone updated!
