River Oaks Police Department in Fort Worth Police Department are looking for Kelly Ray Grant in connection of murder of Jeanette Serrano last seen around 10 p.m. last night in River Oaks with Kelly body found this morning ocean at Serrano at the 2400 block of Isabel Street in River Oaks Texas if anybody knows the whereabouts of Kelly Ray Grant please contact the River Oaks Police Department or the Fort Worth Police Department immediately
