Wreckless Driver!

Halie Thaxton, 19, Of Sissonville was pulled over by police on April 26, 2017, following multiple calls in to metro by bystanders who say she is guilty of running them off the road and damage to a number of their personal property. Thaxton is being held without bond until further information is obtained.
