Wyoming closed out of state antelope hunting in 2017

Wyoming just passed a bill April 1st to close antelope hunting to non resident Hunter for the 2017 hunting season. Stephen Potter and Seth Kizer who have been planning a hu t in Wyoming are pissed! Mr Kiser was quoted as saying “Ain’t no body got time for that!” in a strong Yankee accent.
