Out of town man charged with dumping bottle of urine on prostitutes head. The incident happened yesterday at the Little Tykes daycare. None of the children were present it is unclear what the man and the prostitute were doing at the daycare with a bottle of urine. 35 year old Bobby Stacy of Florida was out on 1000 dollars bail.
