Young man from Eagle Pass Tx. drugged and raped at a party in San Antonio Tx.

A young man by the name of Angel Ruiz (age 20) attended a house party on the South West side of San Antonio Tx on April 20th, 2017 where he met two African American males who proceeded to drug and rape the young man repeatedly throughout the night.
