Young Man Wanted For Theft and Animal Cruelty

Anthony Carman, 20, of Springfield, MO is Wanted for Theft and Animal Cruelty. Carman has been caught on 9 surveillance cameras surrounding his neighborhood stealing dogs and defecating on the owners front porch. Upon searching the residence that Carman is residing investigators found multiple dog remains. Investigators suspect Carman is stealing the dogs and taking them to his residence where he cooks them and eats them instead of buying meat. After eating these dogs investigators suspect Carman goes back to the residence that he stole the dog from and defecates on the owners front porch. Officers are currently looking for Anthony Carman to bring into custody for questioning. If you know the where abouts of Anthony Carman please notify Springfield police immediately.
