Young Man Wanted for Theft and Animal Cruelty

Anthony Carman, 20, of Springfield, MO is wanted of charges of theft and animal cruelty. Carman was caught on 9 surveillance cameras stealing neighbors dogs from yards and later returning to the residence and deficating on their front porch. In the back yard of the residence that Carman is residing there are multiple animal carcasses and furs. Investigators believe Carman is stealing these animals, killing them and then cooking and consuming them. After eating the dogs investigators believe Carman returns to the dog owners residence and to deficate on the property.
