Young Woman To Be Sentenced

Tomi White of Bellefontaine was found guilty of being too happy. It was reported by several passer byers, that on a rainy dreary day Tomi seemed happy and continued to smile where innocent people could see her. One witness said that, ” it was very awkward and she didn’t even try to hide it”. It has been reported that this may not have been the first time Tomi has been smiling.
