$100,000 Found Underneath Bleachers at Atholton High School

Following Friday night’s girls lacrosse Coach Devin White was putting away decorations from Senior Night festivities when he came across a black trash bag. “It’s normal to find trash left behind from students and spectators, but this was a complete surprise.” Around 9:00 Coach White reportedly picked up a trash bag that was rather hefty. While walking it to the trash bin Mr. White decided to peak inside and to his surprise and amazement he noticed bills in denominations of $50 and $100. “At first I was scared and thought it was drug money that had been left for pickup from a gang or cartel. But, then I realized that this was a test of my character so I decided to do the right thing and contact the Howard County Police Department.” Spokesman Leslie Vaughn released a statement Sunday morning stating that, ” Thankfully we have heroes in the community that do the right thing like Citizen White.” The FBI has been called in to try and locate the origin of the bills.
