17 year old boy arrested giving unlicensed haircuts

17 year old Mike Montgomery was arrested due to giving a 7 year old at his house without a license.Police found out when the little boy said that “the man really messed up my cut”. We haven’t found out everything on the charges but tune into channel 23 for more.
