Female, Paola Parra, 19, runs 3 small children over at a Sandoval parking lot. The three children where last seen playing ball in the parking lot when the ball fled across the street where Paola and her two friends where driving and speeding on. According to Parra she didn’t see the children, but she did feel something bump into her car.
