The 22-year old victim was walking from a 7 eleven convenient store when witnesses say a man approached him wearing a black shirt an blue shorts. Witnesses later said they seen the victim walk off shaking his head and saying something. Moments later there were shots fired. The victim was identified as James Hicks Jr.He died on the scene.
