26 Year old man, Adam Carr, hurt after bizarre chase

26 Year old Adam Carr was being chased by what now is know factually as several ex russian gang members. When he ran from the “of malicious intent” people he hopped on the hood of his car and hit the bridge head on, launching his body into the TN river, east of Meigs County, TN. He has several broken bones and is in intensive care. Incident occurred May 14th, 2017. All suspects involved in the chase were booked after a gun battle between Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department for 20 minutes, two died in the shootout.
