26 year old pulled over with $300k

A Robeson Co. Man (Ernest Bell IV) was pulled over for speeding late Sunday night. When police got to his window the office seen huge amounts of cash. $300K to be exact. When questioned Ernest Bell refused to answer any questions. When Chief of police ask if Bell had anything he would like to say, He responded (I wanna fk ya daughter).
