27 year old arrested for indecent exposure near a school playground

Newport man Jack George formerly from Cwmbran. Was arrested after being seen relieving himself near a local school playground during the school lunchtime period. In his defence he said he was looking at the road to the left of him, but witnesses said at least one of his eyes was looking at the playground. Jack George 27 will face sentencing later this month.
