Active Duty Sailor; Juan Canino Jr, 26, Norfolk,Va, Arrested for assaulting multiple people

An active-duty member of the U.S. Navy has been arrested after he “slapped tf outta some bitch ass people”, killing 4 people gathered at a shopping center with the force of his slaps. Nine people were also injured in the accident, which police say may be the result of the sailor amazingness.
