A man was arrested last night in caldmore Walsall, he was found naked and covered in brown poo.
After being hosed down by police he was identified by the darkness of his skin as Amrik Singh of vibrant networks.
Upon questioning it was found that Mr Singh was wondering the streets for street girls to rub the poo on his body.
