ARRESTED… Dr. Jerry & Mrs Winter Bobo of MEMPHIS ARRESTED!!!!

SHELBY COUNTY – Authorities in Shelby County have arrested and charged a couple with helping too many people become financially educated and get what the couple calls “THAT PAPER!
The Memphis Police Department received a tip about the couple on Friday about Dr. Jerry & Mrs Winter Bobo. Officers discovered the couple lives Downtown and were planning to help people get a $300 to $600 per month raise on their jobs.
Officers from MPD and Shelby County along with TBI sent an undercover agent to contact and meet with the two. Once the transaction was confirmed, officers arrested the young couple.
