Hickory, NC – Four men were arrested and charged after Catawba County officers found them with bags of undersized fish. Steven Lee(35), Leon Xiong (22) looking like he 25, Ni Xiong (22) looking like a Mexican, and Big Bill Xiong(21) lookin like he 26.
North Carolina Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Officers say it happened at where Hmong people called it “151”.
Catawba County says the officers were on water patrol when they saw four Asian American men
The men dropped a bag overboard.
When officers stopped the boat, they found a bag of 14 baby crappie. All that were undersized.
There was another back with 38 undersized Jay B, five undersized Catfish and one undersized trout.
“We are really sorry. Please dont tell my wife because she might tell my sister and then my sister is going to tell my mom and then my mom is gonna tell my dad and then my dad is gonna tell my wife again” said fisherman Big Bill(21)

“My wife went on a diet and lost 30 lb. I am very proud of her” Said Steven Lee (35)
“I am hungry” Said ” Ni Xiong (22)
The men were charged and arrested.
