Searching for a young man that is 23 years old name is Jared w Whalen allegedly shot two men according to witnesses said that they kept hearing Jared w Whalen saying you wanna jump me you punk ass then heard gun shots. Officer Dan Williams respond to a call that there was 5 shots went off on park st. At 2:34am when arrive to the scene with two wounded men one was shot three times that is in critical edition the other man was shot twice witch is ok left the hospital this afternoon.
