body found in a hallway of a hammond apartment complex

Police were call by a woman a few hours ago with reports of a body lying outside her apartment door as she opened it to come out.
45 yr old ms jones said she heard alot of noise but assumed it was the upstairs neighbors as always and didnt pat it no mind until she went out to play her lottery and noticed the body.
