A Winchester man was arrested after being caught streaking through downtown as reported by Winchester Police Department.
Winchester Police Officers responded to a call on E Boscawen at 4:56 p.m after a report of a man running naked down the road.
Suspect is in custody and was believed to be intoxicated.
