Cippenham voted most expensive place to live in terms of price increases

Cippenham house prices have risen by over 60% in the last 5 years, which compared with the entire country, is the highest price rise in this time bracket. London itself as a city has an average price increase of 42%, which is itself a huge increase.

The town of Slough, of which Cippenham forms part of the borough has enjoyed a house increase of 43% but perhaps due to the idealistic location, a more quiet, larger houses area has formed part of the basis of this price increase.

The average houseprice for a 3 bedroom semi detached house in Cippenham averaged at Β£252k 5 years ago, is now at approximately Β£404k, with the prices set to raise by a further 25% in the next two years, due to an increase in demand and of course the cross rail link at Burnham adding further value.

Definately a place to buy if you are based in the london/home counties area and would like to enjoy a comfortable profit in the next 2 years!
