Corbyn pledge to build 80,000 new Mosques

In a bold move away from Labour’s pre-election manifesto, Jeremy Corbyn today pledged to build 80,000 new mosques across Britain.
Speaking to our reporter, Colin Ocupants, during a visit to Bradford yesterday, Corbyn highlighted the need for more religious inclusion in cities across the country.
“Since Christianity is dwindling across our towns and cities, I feel the crumbling and dilapidated church buildings should be put to better use and so they can easily be filled with the Muslim population.”
Asked how this scheme would be funded, Corbyn replied: “the idea of modern crowd-funding is something we would consider. Everyone is at it out there on the internet asking for money for all manner of random ideas. For every Β£1 pledged, we will match that funding from the Treasury”.
Our sources have already seen a number of planning applications submitted awaiting approval.
