Costco announced early Sunday morning that it will be expanding to Molokai. General manager Greg Thompson said its a move to help the local economy on the island with soaring prices from shipping giant Young Brothers.
Expected completion of the new 22,000 smaller than normal building will be located in the industrial district near the Na Puuwai fitness center. Expected membership fees will be around $50 for first time customers . We look forward to serving Molokai residents for years to come.
